Description
- You are responsible for preparing and managing medium-sized to complex cases in the field of real estate and technical insurance (such as fire insurance, machinery breakdown, electronics, and ABR).
- You place a strong emphasis on carefully compiling files, organizing administrative tasks, and correctly following procedures in the initial phase.
- You provide administrative and substantive support to the Client Managers.
- You maintain contact with insurance companies and other relevant parties.
- You accurately apply and follow up on procedures, workflows, and deadlines.
- You gradually expand your technical knowledge and take on increasing responsibility for the cases.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has completed a bachelor’s degree and has at least 5 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector.
- Works with precision, is well-organized, and has an eye for quality.
- Is able to work independently but is not afraid to ask for clarification when necessary.
- Is eager to learn, open to constructive feedback, and works well as part of a team.
- Has a practical and professional work ethic.
- Has an excellent command of Dutch, preferably has a basic to good knowledge of French (for interacting with insurers and other stakeholders), and can get by with a basic knowledge of English.
