Description

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
  • You draft employment contracts and gather the necessary onboarding documents in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and the HR Business Partner.
  • You ensure a warm welcome by sending welcome brochures and emails to new employees.
  • You coordinate the registration of new employees at the reception desk and provide them with information about their first day of work.
  • You organize a structured and inspiring onboarding day.
  • You handle the technical onboarding for new employees, including the use of applications and technologies such as laptops, Yubikeys, and Teams.
  • Upon departure, you ensure the proper return of laptops, iPads, keys, AiO cards, and access codes.
  • You handle requests and cancellations for mobile subscriptions, newspaper, and magazine subscriptions.
Mobility & Fleet
  • You handle practical matters regarding company cars and temporary vehicles upon employees’ arrival and departure.
  • You maintain contact with leasing companies.
  • You coordinate requests for parking spaces and access to our buildings.
  • You oversee the return of company vehicles when employees leave and follow up on any repairs, as well as their reusability.
Recruitment & Training
  • You support the recruitment process by drafting job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • You will coordinate training programs.
  • You will manage training plans and handle the associated administrative tasks, including registering participants, processing and verifying invoices, and maintaining reports on training costs and attendance.

Your profile

The ideal candidate:
  • Holds at least a bachelor’s degree in a field such as HRM, Business Administration, or Office Management.
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within HR.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Works meticulously and in a structured manner, with an eye for precision.
  • Is proactive and service-oriented, and draws energy from new insights and interactions.
  • Is flexible and can easily switch between different tasks and priorities.
  • Is at their best as a true connector, initiates projects, and translates ideas into concrete plans.
