Description
- You will independently manage both new and existing insurance policies within the field of commercial liability.
- You will strike the right balance between profitability, commercial interests, and the needs of clients and brokers.
- As a technical expert, you will serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues, brokers, and other stakeholders within the liability sector.
- You build long-term relationships within our network of brokers and actively identify commercial opportunities.
- You contribute to shaping the strategic direction within liability, leveraging your expertise and knowledge.
- In collaboration with the Head of Liability and your team, you ensure that established objectives and KPIs are met.
- You share your knowledge and experience by providing training and guidance to colleagues and brokers.
- You identify areas for improvement regarding processes, collaboration, and systems and actively contribute to their optimization.
- You serve as a link between the market and product management, offering valuable insights for product development.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has relevant work experience in the insurance sector, specifically in the area of liability insurance, preferably with a focus on large corporations or the business sector.
- Combines extensive market knowledge with a broader perspective and actively contributes to developing strategy and vision within their field.
- Possesses strong commercial acumen and recognizes opportunities where others might not. Not only does he/she seize opportunities, but also develops them further.
- Is able to quickly and effectively build relationships with brokers, both over the phone and during in-person meetings.
- Proactively thinks of ways to improve and strengthen both their own role and the overall operations within the insurance sector.
- Is a true team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and experiences to grow stronger together.
- Communicates easily in Dutch and has a good command of French and English.
