Description
- You provide legal support to clients who have filed a claim covered by their auto insurance, fire insurance, or family insurance;
- You identify the relevant parties and determine who is responsible for the damage incurred;
- You negotiate with the parties involved to resolve the claim amicably;
- If legal proceedings are necessary, you will engage a lawyer to safeguard our clients’ interests and closely monitor the case.
Your profile
- Has a proactive attitude, is eager to learn, and ensures quality by working carefully and precisely;
- Naturally thinks from the customer’s perspective, as this is the most effective approach for sustainable growth;
- Was well-organized during their studies and is able to plan ahead and set priorities;
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Is a native Dutch speaker and has a good knowledge of French;
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Legal Practice, Finance, and Insurance, or has equivalent experience in claims management.
