Description

  • You are responsible for managing the claims files assigned to you within the commercial and personal insurance sector in a professional and efficient manner.
  • You ensure effective collaboration with your colleagues, such as the account manager and the insurance advisor, and foster a positive team atmosphere.
  • You provide regular and specific feedback to your colleagues and the account manager to improve collaboration.
  • You provide customers with appropriate and sound advice and make clear agreements with them.
  • At your manager’s request, you represent the organization in important expert assessments and support the customer where necessary.
  • You build valuable networks with insurers, experts, and repair companies.
  • You bring innovative ideas to your manager to further develop the organization and make processes more efficient.
  • You ensure that relevant colleagues are informed of important information by copying them on communications.
  • You are constantly looking for opportunities to improve value and quality for the customer, resulting in higher customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • You strive for efficiency in the administrative processing of cases and identify areas where improvements can be made.
  • You handle daily communication with customers, insurers, and banks accurately and efficiently.
  • You take a proactive approach to following up on cases.
  • You review correspondence with insurers and ensure proper follow-up.
  • You identify issues within cases and anticipate them by taking timely action.
  • You monitor the quality of cases to ensure a high standard.
  • You handle daily correspondence, emails (including assignment to the claims file in our system), phone calls, and so on.
  • You manage your calendar carefully to avoid conflicts and ensure the smooth processing of AS2 messages.
  • You strictly follow MiFID guidelines.
  • You ensure the efficient financial processing of claims files.
  • You process data accurately and keep our Brio+ management system up to date.

Your profile

The ideal candidate:
  • Has completed a university degree or bachelor’s program, or can demonstrate equivalent experience and a commitment to learning in the insurance sector.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge and experience across all areas of insurance for both businesses and individuals.
  • Is fluent in Dutch and French, with a basic knowledge of English.
  • Holds the necessary insurance certifications required under MiFID legislation.
  • Holds our client’s values and culture in high regard, both internally and externally.
  • Is an expert in their field and ensures their knowledge remains up to date.
  • Is dynamic, enthusiastic, driven, has a positive attitude, and is flexible.
