Description

Our client is an international business organization supporting senior decision-makers through research, insights and high-level peer networks. These networks bring together executives from leading companies to exchange best practices on strategic and business topics such as HR, finance, leadership and innovation.
As a Member Development Associate, you support the Business Development team by identifying relevant companies and decision-makers, managing professional outreach campaigns and scheduling qualified meetings. You play a crucial behind-the-scenes role in preparing commercial activities and ensuring the quality of data and interactions.
This is a desk-based, structured role combining administration, analysis and commercial support — ideal for someone who enjoys precision, ownership and working in an international environment.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with the right mindset first.
  • Fluent English (working language)
  • Valid work permit for Belgium
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data
  • Proactive, assertive, and at ease with professional follow-ups
  • Able to work autonomously while collaborating closely with a team
  • Comfortable in a multicultural and international environment
  • Interested in business development, sales support, and commercial processes
Education & experience
  • CESS or Bachelor (degree is not the main selection criterion)
  • Starter profiles welcome; first experience in admin, support or sales environment is a plus
  • Senior profiles are also considered if aligned with the salary range
Tools
  • Microsoft Office
  • Excel and hubspot is a plus
  • CRM experience is an advantage and will be developed on the job
