Description
- You independently investigate the complaint and assess the implications of the case;
- You consult with various departments within the organization, including those outside your team, to devise a solution in line with the organization’s strategy;
- You communicate the solution to the customer, both verbally and in writing, always within the specified timeframes that depend on the specific nature of the complaint;
- You use your insight into the pain points to propose and share sustainable improvements. In this way, you contribute to the optimization of processes and products;
- You keep your product knowledge up to date independently, ensuring you remain efficient in finding solutions.
Your profile
- Independently manages a portfolio of complaints and maintains a positive and proactive attitude;
- Approaches all tasks with precision and efficiency;
- Works well within a team, placing a high priority on collegiality and a willingness to support others;
- Has 3 to 8 years of relevant experience;
- Holds at least a bachelor’s degree or has equivalent experience;
- Has a good knowledge of financial products;
- Is Dutch-speaking or French-speaking.
