Description
- You will independently manage (complex) insurance policies and negotiate with insurers;
- You will proactively communicate with clients and ensure they receive clear information;
- You will prepare quotes and approach various insurers to obtain competitive offers;
- You will prepare submissions and market analyses to support your work;
- You organize roadshows to present products and services;
- You optimize placements by considering price, capacity, and terms;
- You answer various client questions regarding their policies;
- Together with the sales team, you identify opportunities to expand the portfolio;
- You stay up to date on the latest developments in the field;
- You regularly attend market events to expand your network;
- You mentor and train (Junior) Brokers in their professional development;
- You participate in a limited number of international meetings;
- You perform a number of administrative tasks necessary for the smooth operation of your work.
Your profile
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- Has at least 10 years of experience in underwriting, negotiating, and managing real estate-related insurance policies;
- Can communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English;
- Is enthusiastic, energetic, able to handle stress, and has an eye for detail;
- Works in a structured manner and can easily set priorities;
- Is a true team player and communicates with conviction;
- Is driven to share his or her knowledge and experience with colleagues.
