Description
- You will manage and maintain a diverse client portfolio, leveraging your expertise in General Liability, Product Liability, Construction-related liabilities, Environmental Risks, Professional Liability, and other liability-related areas;
- You are responsible for a wide range of cases across various sectors, including Construction, Life Sciences, and Pharma, as well as the Public Sector. You collaborate with both national and international companies and make a significant impact for the clients you support;
- You serve as a head office advisor to your clients by developing in-depth insight into their operations and risk profiles, enabling you to provide them with accurate and well-founded advice;
- You evaluate and analyze liability risks for clients across various sectors, both nationally and internationally;
- You develop, present, and implement renewal and placement strategies to deliver the most innovative solutions for clients;
- You draft customized policy terms, negotiate them, and manage both domestic and international insurance programs;
- You actively contribute to team results and collaboration;
- You stay informed about relevant laws and regulations, as well as changing market conditions;
- You conduct contract reviews at the request of clients;
- You continuously strive to increase client satisfaction and ensure that all commitments to the client are fulfilled.

Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Holds a master’s degree in Law or Economics, or has comparable relevant experience in a similar role or field;
- Has at least 3 to 5 years of work experience (mid-level) or 8 to 10 years of experience (senior) in the field of liability insurance, or in a legal or advisory role;
- Is a proven team player with excellent skills in building relationships, both internally and with clients and the insurance industry;
- Is highly motivated, has a genuine passion for the organization, strives for excellence, and is willing to make a meaningful contribution;
- Has specific interest or experience in specialized areas such as Construction, Life Sciences, or Environmental Risks, which is an added advantage;
- Preferably speaks three languages and is fluent in French or Dutch, as well as in English;
- Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Is capable of functioning both independently and in a team environment.
