Description
- You analyze data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Based on your findings, you develop and implement commercial strategies from start to finish.
- You support the development of KPIs and translate data-driven insights into impactful training programs for both individual and team objectives.
- You take on a central role within the organization and work closely with Private Bankers, Experts, Marketing, and the Product Team to optimize campaigns.
- You analyze pricing strategies and verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data in CRM and reporting tools.
- You actively contribute to improving reporting processes and creating dashboards.
- You report directly to the Head of Commercial Development, who is part of the Management Team.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Holds a master’s degree, preferably in economics, business administration, data science, or a related field.
- Combines commercial acumen with a strong analytical mindset.
- Has at least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales, the banking sector, data analysis, or a similar environment.
- Has experience with CRM systems and is proficient in using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms.
- Works accurately and in a structured manner, and is able to set priorities independently.
- Is fluent in Dutch and has a good command of both French and English.
- Excels as a true facilitator and knows how to turn ideas into concrete plans.
- Strives for strong results, both for themselves and for others, with a focus on trust.
- Is a networker and bridge-builder who draws energy from new insights and encounters.
