Description
- You expand your client portfolio and maintain regular contact to build a relationship of trust;
- You offer your expertise and product knowledge in the area of fringe benefits;
- You develop a personalized action plan outlining proposed adjustments and expansions to clients’ coverage;
- You work closely with an analyst to share recommendations and manage files;
- You have the analyst conduct market analyses based on your input and involve them in drafting client communications, such as brochures and summaries;
- You serve as the point of contact for the client, alongside the analyst, and manage contracts and any adjustments through our systems;
- You maintain contact with key decision-makers within the organization, such as CFOs, HR managers, and sometimes even the CEO;
- You implement and upgrade employee benefits for our client, contributing to employee retention and the development of a successful work culture.
Your profile
- Holds at least a bachelor’s degree;
- Has at least 5 years of relevant experience in the employee benefits sector (such as pension plans, life insurance, disability insurance, health insurance, etc.);
- Has an excellent command of Dutch, a good command of English, and knowledge of French;
- Is able to set priorities, works independently, and is a team player;
- Has a customer-focused and service-oriented attitude;
- Is able to formulate a vision of the market and present development opportunities to clients;
- Can quickly build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Is eager to learn, takes initiative, and thinks creatively;
- Has strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with others;
- Is familiar with common software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
