Description

  • You work with business clients, including professionals, self-employed individuals, and SMEs with annual revenue of up to 10 million euros, and prioritize their needs
  • You will support clients from the crucial moment they launch their business—with a special offering for startups—and throughout the entire lifecycle of their enterprise, by providing effective and user-friendly solutions for both professional and personal needs
  • During your first six to eighteen months as an employee, you will complete a program consisting of high-quality technical and commercial training courses and become familiar with the exclusive banking and insurance products for local business clients
  • Your goal is to develop the necessary skills to become an independent branch manager within the existing agency networks, legally organized as limited partnerships
  • In your role as a business manager, you will be the primary point of contact for business clients, allowing them to focus on their own clients, generate profits, and grow their personal wealth
  • You will guide them through the entire lifecycle of their business, identify changes in their financing needs, and offer proactive solutions, including tax optimization
  • You support them in finding both banking and insurance solutions that are essential for their business and personal lives, with the help of a team of specialists in complex investment products, retirement savings, insurance, and leasing
  • When necessary, you involve a Financial Advisor, Private Banking Advisor, or Wealth Manager in client meetings
  • You organize local initiatives and collaborate on regional events to strengthen our client’s brand and further develop client relationships
  • Finally, you conduct prospecting, identify opportunities, and expand our client’s high-value portfolio through your proactive approach.

Your profile

The ideal candidate:
  • Has a customer-focused mindset and strives for optimal satisfaction for every client
  • Acts with a strong ethical compass and combines reason with empathy in his/her communication
  • Strikes the right balance between the interests of clients, society, and the organization
  • Has a solid grasp of the basic principles of macroeconomics and is knowledgeable about the economic and tax environment
  • Has knowledge of corporate law and is familiar with both personal and corporate income tax
  • Performs financial analyses and can thoroughly interpret balance sheets
  • Conducts risk analyses to ensure stability and security
  • Is knowledgeable about insurance and investment instruments specifically tailored to the business market
  • Knows the ins and outs of daily banking activities, such as accounts and debit cards, and can offer appropriate payment solutions for businesses
  • Is able to identify investment opportunities in clients’ personal lives
  • Has at least 5 years of experience in Business Banking.
