Description
- You analyze the quality of proposed real estate risks based on information received from real estate agents and internal technical-commercial colleagues;
- You initiate inspection and risk visits when additional information is needed;
- You prepare quotes and determine pricing, terms, and coverage;
- You negotiate with real estate agents regarding the acceptance and terms of risks;
- After acceptance, you provide clear instructions and documentation to prepare the policies;
- You actively monitor the technical profitability of your portfolio;
- You contribute to the improvement and updating of existing products and participate in the development of new products;
- You share your knowledge and experience with fellow underwriters and other internal teams;
- You manage and monitor specific portfolios, including international real estate and industrial risks.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has relevant education or experience in the field;
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Works well in a team and has a proactive attitude;
- Is able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Demonstrates flexibility and can adapt quickly to changes;
- Has mastered the necessary technical skills and software applications related to the position;
- Has a solution-oriented mindset and contributes creative ideas;
