Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with governance documents.
  • Coordinating activities with various stakeholders and operational units.
  • Organizing and supporting the work of the Board of Directors.
  • Planning and preparing for Board of Directors meetings and the Annual General Meeting.
  • Drafting agendas for Board of Directors meetings.
  • Actively participating in meetings.
  • Ensuring that all legal filings are completed accurately and within the required deadlines.
  • Ensuring that legal deadlines regarding the review of policies, mandates, and the evaluation of service providers are met.
  • Receive, distribute, and track correspondence with the regulatory authority and other stakeholders.
  • Draft and manage client contracts, seeking external legal expertise as needed.
  • Provide support and coordinate the preparation of proposals.

Your profile

The ideal candidate:
  • Holds a master’s degree or equivalent qualification, with a strong background in the legal field.
  • Has 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating maturity and the ability to represent our company independently.
  • Is fluent in Dutch
  • Is well-organized, capable of effectively managing a varied to-do list and coordinating activities.
  • Represents the company at board meetings, requiring exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates rigor and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Takes a proactive approach, capable of working independently while being an excellent team player.
