Description
As an Investment Manager, you will have a dynamic and varied set of responsibilities:- You actively pursue commercial opportunities and proactively expand your professional network.
- You evaluate new opportunities and track developments within the market landscape.
- You conduct thorough analyses of both new and existing investment proposals and present these cases to an investment committee.
- You negotiate terms and structure these potential investments to align with strategic goals.
- You maintain a close oversight of the investment portfolio, ensuring effective management of risks, preservation of value, and achievement of returns.

Additionally, the ideal candidate possesses:
- A university degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: M&A, corporate banking, investment banking, private debt, corporate finance, auditing, or consultancy with transaction experience.
- Proficiency in developing and/or analyzing business models and plans, or conducting investment assessments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
