Description
- Examine and manage assigned claims files
- Perform on-site inspections to assess damage, verify reported circumstances, and determine the exact cause of the loss
- Evaluate the incurred damage and critically review repair estimates
- Draft detailed and accurate inspection reports
- Foster cooperative and professional relationships with all relevant parties
Your profile
- Engineering degree in construction, architecture, or an equivalent qualification
- At least five years of proven experience in a comparable role
- Full professional proficiency in French, German, and English; Luxembourgish and/or Portuguese are an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work autonomously
- Confident negotiator, adaptable, and solution-oriented
- Highly organized and meticulous, demonstrating initiative and proactivity
- Empathetic team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
