Description

  • You take charge of evaluating outstanding debts. Engaging in phone conversations with debtors, you negotiate payment terms that align with their individual financial circumstances;
  • Your primary focus is on telephonic communication, as you actively participate in dialing campaigns daily to connect with as many debtors as possible and to establish reliable payment agreements;
  • You oversee recently canceled cases and guarantee the adherence to agreements. You track payment plans—whether amicable or judicial—through phone calls, letters, emails, and our specialized software tools;
  • You cultivate positive relationships with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, including colleagues from different departments and business partners;
  • You collaborate with us to assist individuals in achieving a debt-free life by determining the most effective strategies that satisfy the needs of all parties involved;
  • You will receive an in-depth onboarding process and personalized coaching to support your development.

Your profile

  • Possesses native or advanced proficiency in Dutch and French, along with a comprehensive understanding of English;
  • Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;
  • Has a minimum of 2 years of pertinent work experience in a similar role;
  • Demonstrates a solid background in collection telephony;
  • Brings experience in negotiation and has a foundational role as an administrative assistant, providing valuable insights for success in this position;
  • Exhibits a keen interest in financial services and banking products;
  • Communicates effectively with a strong diplomatic approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction;
  • Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision;
  • Thrives in high-pressure situations and adapts easily to changing circumstances;
  • Approaches challenges with a solution-oriented mindset;
  • Maintains high standards of accuracy and quality in all tasks;
  • Confidently leads discussions during phone conversations.

  • Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
