Description
- You make a difference when customers are involved in serious accidents or complex claims;
- You serve as the point of contact for complex cases and make the final decisions in these instances;
- You ensure that complex cases are handled with care, empathy, and efficiency;
- You foster strong team dynamics and carefully monitor results, with an eye toward both the performance and well-being of team members;
- You support employees in their development, both in the short and long term;
- You remain engaged and actively involve team members, both in formal settings such as team meetings and coaching sessions and in informal moments;
- You are committed to optimizing processes and continuous improvement, in collaboration with other team leaders.
Your profile
- A coach, mentor, and motivator who engages team members and encourages their professional growth;
- An excellent communicator, negotiator, and decision-maker;
- You know how to combine empathy with a results-oriented approach and strong organizational skills;
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a legal field;
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a basic knowledge of French.
