Description
- You will be responsible for attracting talent within a dynamic HR environment ;
- You will swiftly and nimbly adjust your actions in response to the organization's needs ;
- You will provide support to various external service providers, including prevention services, nurses, and doctors ;
- You will collaborate with the social secretariat to ensure an effective HR strategy ;
- You will focus on operational and internal HR profiles to draw in suitable candidates ;
- You will be prepared to take immediate action and adapt to a fast-paced work setting.
Your profile
- Holds a strong and proven expertise in talent acquisition ;
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and efficiently within a corporate environment ;
- Exhibits effective communication skills when engaging with internal stakeholders ;
- Possesses the capability to conduct recruitment processes professionally in both Dutch and French ;
- Has experience with applicant tracking systems, with a preference for familiarity with Workday Recruiting (considered a significant advantage) ;
- Is willing to embrace a hybrid work model or commute to offices located in Ghent or Brussels.
