Description

  • You process and accept damage and maintenance reports;
  • You automate and manage approval rules to streamline the process;
  • You monitor fleet data and ensure it remains up to date;
  • You review damage estimates and maintenance requests and provide recommendations;
  • You assist customers with damage and repair issues;
  • You manage partnerships with affiliated suppliers and maintain contact;
  • You serve as the point of contact for operational issues and resolve them;
  • You monitor costs and maintain an overview of expenses;
  • You organize assistance for customers in the event of breakdowns;
  • You coordinate the delivery, pickup, and return of replacement vehicles;
  • You follow up on cases and ensure timely resolution;
  • You are the point of contact for customers regarding questions or issues related to replacement vehicles;
  • You analyze the commission earned and the actual costs;
  • You maintain contact with service partners such as tire suppliers, roadside assistance services, garages, and importers;
  • You carefully monitor long repair times or warranty claims;
  • You intervene where necessary to ensure quality;
  • You handle communication between the insurer and drivers;
  • You verify payments between the insurer, the claims adjuster, and the repairer;
  • You oversee the handling of Total Loss claims;
  • You handle the return of leased vehicles and prepare them for sale;
  • You establish an efficient remarketing process with a critical eye.

Your profile

  • Has proven experience in fleet management, the automotive industry, leasing, or mobility solutions (this is a requirement); knowledge of MRT and/or Carwise is a plus;
  • Possesses excellent administrative and organizational skills;
  • Is solution-oriented and able to work independently;
  • Is a strong communicator and can easily navigate interactions with various stakeholders;
  • Remains calm under pressure and is skilled at setting priorities;
  • Works accurately with numbers and is proficient in invoice verification.
