Description
- You will be responsible for the content and further development of life insurance products for individual customers and small and medium-sized enterprises
- You will contribute ideas on how to position products within various distribution models
- You will evaluate the existing product offering and make adjustments as the market, regulations, or customer expectations change
- You will translate changes in regulations, the market, and distribution needs into concrete product decisions
- You’ll collaborate with internal teams such as the actuarial department, legal and compliance, marketing, and distribution
- You’ll ensure both the technical accuracy and commercial relevance of the product portfolio

Your profile
- You have practical, hands-on experience with life insurance, not just theoretical knowledge
- You have worked with products for retail customers and/or SMEs and understand their different expectations and sensitivities
- You feel comfortable in an environment with multiple distribution channels and diverse stakeholders
- You combine analytical thinking with market acumen and aren’t afraid to take a stand
- You have a perfect command of both Dutch and French
- You have the maturity to work independently and take full responsibility for cases
- You’re not looking for the next title, but for substance, impact, and relevance
