We are seeking a Customer & Accounts Manager for a client in the banking sector.
Description
We are offering a position in which you will perform the following tasks:- Independently processing operational cases accurately and in accordance with established standards (SLA);
- Proactively managing cases and tasks based on priorities and existing agreements;
- Analyzing cases and finding "right first time" solutions to problems and anomalies;
- Accurate analysis and interpretation of documentation provided by clients in accordance with relevant legislation and processes;
- Delivery of a client-focused service (internal and external): incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, complaint handling, etc.;
- Monitoring legal and tax obligations;
- Making decisions on cases with limited (financial) impact;
- Providing coaching and technical assistance to colleagues;
- Collaborating on process optimization (applications, existing processes);
- Continuously developing your knowledge and skills driven by a desire to learn.
Your profile
- You have an interest in case management and its operational handling;
- You have a critical and analytical mind and a dynamic personality;
- You are eager to learn;
- You are self-reliant, but you also have a team spirit and a sense of responsibility;
- You have an interest in legal matters;
- You have a basic knowledge of MS Office tools and banking products;
- You are bilingual in French and Dutch with a good knowledge of English;
- You are willing to participate in on-call duty until 5:00 p.m. (a few times a month).
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
