Description

  • You track expenses and commitments related to IT and marketing projects;
  • You manage the entire invoice and purchase order cycle, ensuring their compliance and accuracy;
  • You verify allocations, legal data, and all VAT-related items;
  • You participate in monthly closings by performing accruals, reconciliations, and intercompany transfers;
  • You analyze variances against the budget, forecasts, and prior periods to identify opportunities for improvement;
  • You prepare and present financial reports to department heads for informed monitoring;
  • You contribute to capitalization, depreciation, and related controls for optimal asset management;
  • You ensure effective communication with suppliers, partners, and external stakeholders to foster constructive relationships;
  • You participate in internal and external audits, ensuring that all information is accurate and complete;
  • You contribute to budget preparations while ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards;

Your profile

  • Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics, or has equivalent experience;
  • Has at least five years of professional experience in the field of accounting;
  • Has proven experience in the services or retail sectors;
  • Is fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is a significant asset;
  • Experience in an international environment or a shared services center is highly valued;
  • Is familiar with IFRS standards as well as generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) at the local level;
  • Possesses excellent skills in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced proficiency in Excel;
  • Has experience with the SAP system; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus;
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in financial IT systems and their improvement;
  • Is open-minded and flexible regarding occasional travel.
