Description
- You manage compliance elements related to conflicts of interest, KYC/AML, DAC6, market abuse, GDPR, risk evaluation, and more during the initiation of client matters;
- You support legal professionals and their teams in the collection and examination of documents, delivering thorough insights into potential risks;
- You oversee the administrative organization of client matters, ensuring that all pertinent documents are accurately recorded and maintained;
- You track daily compliance obligations and monitor changes in the legal landscape related to relevant regulatory requirements.
Your profile
- Holds a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in legal studies or has equivalent professional experience;
- Exhibits strong communication abilities in Dutch, French, and English, enabling them to conduct training sessions on various subjects;
- Possesses a keen interest or previous experience in the compliance area;
- Demonstrates exceptional analytical and organizational capabilities;
- Thinks systematically and is process-oriented in their approach;
- Is prompt in addressing inquiries and adept at identifying solutions to challenges;
- Is proactive and thrives in collaborative environments with individuals from diverse backgrounds;
- Is a reliable self-starter capable of working independently.
Offer
