Description
- You are the primary source of knowledge for your colleagues regarding tax strategies and investments;
- You manage Invest clients and proactively arrange meetings via various communication channels to offer them other products and services from the bank;
- You are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction as your top priority as a financial partner;
- You work closely with various departments within the bank to best meet your clients’ needs and refer them to the appropriate department when necessary.
Your profile
- Handles questions or complaints calmly and empathetically and honors commitments;
- Gets energy from making new connections, building a network, and collaborating as part of a team;
- Has a strong affinity for modern technologies and digital tools;
- Is fluent in Dutch; knowledge of another language is a plus;
- Holds a degree from a higher education institution or has relevant experience in managing a client portfolio.
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
