Description
- You build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate agents in East Flanders.
- You analyze the needs and requirements of real estate agents and provide them with professional advice, taking into account our policies on underwriting, pricing, and the basic principles of claims settlement.
- You proactively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads.
- You ensure accurate administrative processing of customer data and contracts.
- You stay informed about market developments and competitors’ positions to gain a competitive edge.
- You actively participate in weekly team meetings in Wilrijk, as well as various events.
Your profile
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or has acquired comparable knowledge and skills through work experience.
- Has demonstrable experience in insurance sales, preferably in a B2B context.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and can communicate effectively at various levels.
- Is results-oriented and a true team player with sharp commercial insight.
- Has broad knowledge of insurance products, with specific expertise in the non-life segment.
- Is entrepreneurial, demonstrates proactive behavior, and possesses strong persuasive skills.
- Speaks Dutch fluently; knowledge of French is a plus.
