Description
- You are responsible for the recertification process of customer files, taking into account national, international, and internal regulations.
- You ensure a secure and compliant banking relationship for business customers.
- You collaborate with various departments to ensure the process runs efficiently.
- You analyze which data and documents are required for recertification.
- You proactively contact clients and ensure that all required information is provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- You ensure that files are complete and accurate and enter all data correctly into the systems.
- You work closely with the Compliance team to identify and resolve any obstacles.

- Is an organizational talent with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Acts as a bridge-builder: effortlessly connects the Front Office, Middle Office, and Compliance.
- Demonstrates flexibility and switches effortlessly between different tasks and priorities.
- Has a critical mindset and knows exactly what is required for both clients and colleagues.
- Places a high priority on efficiency; easily meets deadlines and sets priorities without difficulty.
- Preferably has experience with KYC processes, but is above all willing to learn and adapt.
- Communicates fluently in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Has extensive knowledge of digital tools and enjoys working with them productively.
