Description
- You will perform a wide range of administrative tasks related to our clients (processing requests in the inbox, conducting KYC analyses, assisting with file creation, etc.);
- You will be responsible for the first line of client support (guiding new clients, resolving issues with online banking, etc.);
- You proactively reach out to clients and build lasting relationships to support the team (Private Bankers);
- You enthusiastically and energetically promote our client’s strategy, mission, and values, as well as their products and services, to both potential and existing clients;
- You stay up to date on developments within the banking sector and on the products and services our client offers.
Your profile
- Is comfortable interacting with customers, whether in person, over the phone, or in writing, and has a business-oriented mindset;
- Has strong administrative skills, works with precision, follows procedures and guidelines, and has a talent for organization;
- Is proactive, demonstrates a positive and flexible attitude, and can work independently and switch effortlessly between different tasks;
- Has an excellent command of the Dutch language and also has knowledge of English;
- Holds a bachelor’s degree and has a strong interest in the financial sector. Experience in this industry is a plus.
