Description
- You analyze and interpret documents, regulations, and procedures concerning legal and financial opportunities for clients;
- You assess integrated products and solutions while establishing and overseeing corporate and private legal frameworks;
- You contribute as an essential member of the team, helping to uphold a strong reputation as a proactive provider of corporate services;
- You manage all communications with clients and prospects, whether they are based in Belgium or internationally, directly or through professional intermediaries such as lawyers, notaries, or banks. Your aim is to create, optimize, maintain, and oversee corporate and private legal structures in alignment with the commercial strategy;
- You actively engage in promoting and expanding the business, representing the organization to your clients and network.
Your profile
- Possesses a deep enthusiasm for their profession and understands the significance of their contributions;
- Exhibits a proactive, assured, adaptable, and dedicated demeanor;
- Holds a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Law or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, preferably with a focus on legal practice in the realms of corporate, tax, or commercial law;
- Demonstrates established experience in financial or business law services, specifically in corporate or commercial law, tax matters, or trust-related settings;
- Is proficient in Dutch and/or French, as well as English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in all three languages;
- Values organization, excels in planning, and is discreet, capable of functioning independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy in their work;
- Aspires to succeed, grow personally and professionally, and is eager to be challenged while also challenging others.
