Description
- You manage and provide advice to an existing client portfolio in both technical and commercial areas;
- You analyze existing EB plans, conduct comparisons and research benefits, and propose improvements;
- You proactively engage with clients to identify their needs and present new solutions;
- You regularly consult with insurance companies and negotiate competitive terms;
- You closely monitor the latest market developments and legislative changes and translate these into valuable advice.
Your profile
- Possesses a master’s-level mindset and has at least 5 years of experience in the field of employee benefits;
- Has a solid technical understanding of group insurance, pension plans, health insurance, and related products;
- Combines sharp analytical skills with commercial acumen: understands customer needs and knows how to approach them persuasively;
- Is a naturally strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, and can function effectively both independently and as part of a team;
- Thinks critically and solution-oriented and maintains professionalism at all times, even in stressful situations.
