Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing organisation active in accountancy and advisory services. You will be part of a dynamic, supportive and flexible work environment where personal growth is encouraged through training programmes, seminars and continuous learning opportunities.
In this high-impact role, you will become the commercial face of the organisation in the region. You will identify and approach new clients, build long-term relationships, represent the company at networking events, and contribute to the strategic commercial roadmap. You work autonomously while being supported by local office managers and internal teams.

Your profile

The ideal candidate is a senior commercial professional with a strong background in finance or a related B2B environment.
You ideally offer:
  • At least 10 years of experience in finance, M&A, banking, insurance or similar fields
  • Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in Dutch and French; English is a plus
  • Affinity with accountancy/advisory – not an accountant, but able to understand and explain financial processes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, structured communication and result-driven approach
  • Willingness to travel between regional offices
