Description
- Assist with soliciting, evaluating, and drafting proposals;
- Oversee the processing and follow-up of cases in Production;
- Ensure the administrative processing of contracts;
- Maintain and develop relationships with current and potential clients;
- Proactively collaborate with partners to negotiate solutions that benefit clients.
Your profile
- Holds a professional certification in property and casualty insurance, along with significant initial experience in the commercial insurance sector;
- Has a good command of the BRIO environment and is comfortable using IT tools such as the MS Office suite and software specific to insurance companies;
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills in managing assigned tasks, exhibiting autonomy, rigor, time management, and precision;
- Possesses remarkable fluency in both written and oral communication, facilitating clear and effective communication;
- Demonstrates great flexibility, as well as the ability to take proactive action when necessary;
- Is able to handle stressful situations with resilience, thereby maintaining effectiveness;
- Has a genuine passion for teamwork, contributing to a collaborative dynamic;
- Possesses a sharp business acumen, maintaining frequent communication with clients, whether via email or telephone.
