Description

In this role, you will be responsible for a number of key tasks that contribute to our client’s success. Over the course of a 6- to 18-month program, you will:
  • Start as an employee within the organization, where you will be immersed in the world of banking.
  • Take a state-administered exam as part of high-quality technical and commercial training in the financial sector.
  • Become familiar with exclusive banking and insurance products tailored to private clients.
  • Complete an internship within the network of independent agencies, supplemented by customized management training.
  • Develop the essential skills needed to become an independent entrepreneur.
The goal of this period is to prepare you for a role as an independent entrepreneur within a network of independently organized agencies. Your contribution within the team of entrepreneurs will include:
  • Building specific expertise in Private Banking as an advisor, serving as the primary point of contact for a select group of private clients.
  • Guiding clients in their search for sustainable and responsible investment opportunities, as well as in matters related to insurance, real estate, and estate planning.
  • Supporting clients in the management, growth, and transfer of their assets.
  • Providing access to personalized financial solutions that fulfill their wishes.
  • Additionally, advising and supporting their immediate family members, with a special focus on the next generation of clients.
  • Actively exploring new opportunities and building a high-quality client portfolio through your initiatives and contacts.

  • You have in-depth knowledge of payment systems, basic insurance products, and digital banking processes and platforms.
