Description
- You handle customer inquiries and requests in a professional and efficient manner (such as placing stock market orders and trackers, combating fraud, and resolving online banking issues), while adhering to internal procedures and applicable rules;
- You analyze customer needs to offer them customized additional products and services;
- Thanks to your proactivity, you do everything possible to identify new opportunities with existing customers, with the aim of increasing their loyalty and further developing the commercial relationship;
- You collaborate with various advisory centers and provide them with support to help them achieve their objectives;
- You stay continuously informed about developments within the banking sector (such as tax matters, products, and services).
Your profile
- Is comfortable interacting with customers—whether in person, over the phone, or in writing—and has a strong commercial mindset;
- Possesses excellent organizational skills, works with precision, and follows procedures carefully;
- Is flexible and can quickly switch from one task to another;
- Remains calm and resilient in stressful situations;
- Maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor, even under pressure;
- Holds a bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance or economics) and demonstrates a genuine interest in the financial sector.
