Description

  • You open, analyze, and track the claims assigned to you.
  • You meticulously apply the agreements that safeguard the interests of public sector entities and adhere to established procedures, deadlines, and rules for compensation.
  • You appoint experts and supervise their work, ensuring the consistency and quality of their reports.
  • You evaluate and validate the amounts of damages, without commenting on liability.
  • You manage communication with insurers and claims adjusters in a proactive and structured manner.
  • You also handle a number of “out-of-court” cases that are similar to the scope of work covered by this agreement.
  • You ensure that complete, clear, and fully traceable documentation is maintained.
  • You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, models, and tools.
  • There are opportunities for career development, including advancement to a role as a case manager, senior validator, or internal trainer.

Your profile

The ideal candidate:
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of economics, such as insurance, law, or accounting;
  • Has demonstrable experience in claims management;
  • Is fluent in Dutch and French at an excellent operational level;
  • Places a high value on the protection and confidentiality of personal and business data;
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Works meticulously with a keen eye for detail;
  • Is a team player who demonstrates collegiality and solidarity;
  • Can work independently and possesses strong organizational skills;
  • Is focused on delivering quality and has a service-oriented attitude.
