Description
Job Description:- You are responsible for managing a network of independent insurance brokers specializing in non-life insurance, with a focus on the business and small business owner segment;
- Profitability and growth form the basis of your approach; you encourage brokers to achieve the required volume, both in terms of the number of cases and premium income;
- You will develop and maintain a professional network of contacts within the sector;
- In collaboration with the brokers, you will ensure smooth support for our clients in the establishment and execution of their contracts;
- You will use our CRM system to track and report on your client portfolio.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has extensive experience in sales or management positions within the insurance or financial sector, preferably focused on business clients;
- Has knowledge of risk assessment, claims handling, underwriting, and financial evaluation, partly due to a wide range of interests;
- Is naturally focused on customer satisfaction and achieving results, with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Is fluent in Dutch and proficient in French; knowledge of English is a desirable asset;
- Has completed a university degree or possesses relevant work experience at a comparable level.
