Description
- You will develop an innovative HR strategy focused on recruitment, retention, and employee skill development;
- You will lead a team of three HR experts, fostering a collaborative work environment with senior leadership and all levels of management;
- You handle critical issues such as compensation, vehicle policy, digital transformation, training, performance management, workplace well-being, employer brand development, and onboarding of new employees;
- You combine the roles of Business Manager (process management, performance metrics, HR services) and People Manager (coaching and supporting the team).
- You stay informed about developments in labor law, job market trends, and technological advancements to provide tailored strategic advice;
- You participate in cross-functional projects, ensuring compliance with HR practices while contributing to informed decisions based on reliable data;
- You report to the Group Human Resources Director and work closely with the local General Manager.
Your profile
- Holds a master’s degree in Human Resources, psychology, or business administration;
- Has 8 to 10 years of professional experience;
- Is fluent in Dutch and French, both spoken and written; knowledge of English is considered an asset;
- Is comfortable using human resources management tools;
- Is a seasoned and enthusiastic human resources professional, capable of combining strategic vision with results-oriented actions;
- Possesses excellent communication skills with various stakeholders, the ability to motivate and guide their team, while combining innovative ideas with concrete solutions;
- Has a thorough understanding of the legal framework governing Belgian labor law (CP200) and proven experience in dealing with labor relations bodies such as the Works Council and unions, as well as in HR management;
- Ideally has an understanding of the BPO or financial sector, which is an added asset.
