Description

  • You are the first point of contact for your customers regarding various insurance questions and act as an all-round specialist in variable insurance (non-life).
  • Your customer base consists of private individuals, self-employed people, and small businesses, who contact you by phone or email.
  • You build lasting relationships with your customers by advising them on their insurance policies and supporting them with their specific questions. Your efforts contribute to increased customer satisfaction!;
  • You will independently manage insurance files with care and ensure efficient and timely administrative processing.
  • You will investigate customer requests and analyze the policy conditions of various insurance companies so that you can offer customers the best rates and coverage.
  • You will support the account managers, who have final responsibility for your customers. Together, you will explore commercial opportunities and strive for the best customer experience.
  • You will maintain close contact with the administrators at the insurance companies and use your established relationships to find the most suitable solutions for your customers.

Your profile

  • Has a bachelor's degree, preferably in finance and insurance, or has gained relevant work experience in this field;
  • Has knowledge of BOAR or life insurance, which offers considerable added value;
  • Is customer-oriented, communicates smoothly, and thinks proactively to find optimal solutions for customers;
  • Works independently and takes initiative to approach questions and challenges efficiently;
  • Does not shy away from administrative tasks and works accurately, in a structured manner, and with an eye for detail;
  • Has experience with our BRIO management system, which is a strong asset;
  • Has a perfect command of the Dutch language, and knowledge of French is a valuable addition.
