Description
- You are responsible for the complete management of the insurance files assigned to you, from quotations to the creation of policies and updating files;
- As a valuable link, you are, alongside the Account Manager, the first point of contact for customer queries;
- You ensure that your follow-up is always punctual and offer your customers support with your expertise;
- You communicate with customers in a timely manner and through the appropriate channels, tailored to their needs and wishes.
- You maintain daily contact with insurers and use your negotiation skills effectively.
- Within a close-knit team, you further develop your expertise and knowledge and offer support to your colleagues when needed.
- Together with the team, you ensure that all customers experience excellent service.
Your profile
- Has extensive experience and is motivated to grow together with our local office and our clients;
- Is willing to commit fully to a full-time position;
- Has relevant experience with Associations of Co-owners (VME) and companies, which is a valuable addition;
- Is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and can apply this effectively;
- Preferably has experience with Brio, which offers significant added value;
- Bridges the gap to personal service and attaches great importance to customer focus;
- Has an excellent command of both Dutch and French.
