Description

  • Contribute to the development and rollout of compensation and benefits initiatives in collaboration with the Reward lead for Continental Europe. Ensure that processes, guidelines, and data handling standards are consistently applied.
  • Prepare salary packages and remuneration adjustments for new joiners, internal transitions, and promotions.
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals by relevant stakeholders to support sound hiring and retention decisions.
  • Take part in compensation and market research projects by gathering benchmarking data, analysing results, and maintaining regular contact with external HR networks and survey providers to stay updated on market movements.
  • Act as a point of reference for HR Shared Services teams on reward matters. Provide guidance on policies and procedures, and manage escalated queries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR processes.
  • Support the regional benefits administration by collaborating with the global benefits function to establish clear procedures and internal controls. Offer specialised assistance for the day-to-day management of benefits across Continental Europe.
  • Assist the regional Reward lead with regulatory compliance tasks linked to remuneration frameworks (e.g. UCITS, AIFMD, CRD, IFD), as well as obligations related to taxation, social security, and collective agreements.
  • Help prepare internal communications and materials explaining compensation and benefits programs. Maintain and update content on internal HR platforms and employee portals.
  • Work closely with HR teams and other local functions on all matters involving reward policies and practices within the designated countries.
  • Participate in various projects and initiatives depending on organisational needs.

Your profile

  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise and support a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, while fostering a strong service-oriented mindset within an international reward function.
  • Strong team spirit, with the capability to collaborate across different cultures and regulatory or market environments.
  • High level of numerical proficiency, strong analytical capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and solid business understanding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent spoken and written English; additional language skills are a valuable asset.
  • Proven ability to build and manage effective relationships with internal partners and external service providers.
  • Experience working within project teams and overseeing specific project workstreams.
  • Ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
