Description
- You are the first point of contact for our customers, both over the phone and in person.
- You assist with day-to-day transactions and ensure excellent service.
- You prepare quotes and policies so that customers benefit from the best offers.
- You manage customer files and keep them up to date.
- You maintain contact with both customers and insurers.
- You plan independently, work accurately, and ensure that deadlines are met.
Your profile
- Preferably has at least 1 year of relevant experience in the insurance sector.
- Lives in the Hoogstraten–Turnhout region.
- Is focused on customer satisfaction and provides personalized service.
- Has a proactive attitude, is meticulous, and strives for high-quality standards.
- Has a passion for insurance and is motivated to provide customers with tailored advice.
