Description
- You provide guidance on a diverse range of legal matters related to the organization’s operations, focusing primarily on data protection, economic law, commercial practices, and media issues;
- When offering legal counsel and assistance to the organization, you approach the situation with a balance of pragmatism, commercial insight, and critical analysis to protect the interests of the company and its business;
- You share responsibility for drafting, reviewing, and managing agreements and contracts;
- You ensure adherence to GDPR regulations and collaborate closely with the Data Protection Officer for compliance efforts;
- You devise legal strategies and solutions tailored to the organization's needs;
- You extend support during negotiations and transactional processes;
- You oversee the progress of legal disputes and proceedings, ensuring informed follow-up;
- You keep abreast of legislative changes, industry trends, and developments while assessing their implications and risks for the organization’s activities;
- You contribute to the development, revision, and implementation of standard agreements and terms applicable across various business sectors;
- You ensure that the internal guidelines regarding contracts are regularly updated and enhanced;
- You work collaboratively with fellow legal professionals, sharing insights and experiences;
- You actively engage in projects and initiatives designed to improve process efficiency within the legal framework;
- You establish yourself as the primary legal resource for all internal clients, becoming their preferred point of contact for legal guidance.
Your profile
- Holds a master's degree in law and possesses 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience, with a solid understanding of data protection regulations;
- Familiarity with e-marketing strategies and artificial intelligence is considered an advantage;
- Previous experience in a law firm is beneficial;
- Exhibits a proactive and motivated approach to work;
- Demonstrates a hands-on attitude, a positive demeanor, and a strong sense of entrepreneurship;
- Engages in critical thinking and possesses well-honed analytical abilities;
- Focuses on developing solutions and achieving results effectively;
- Prioritizes customer needs and quickly adapts to the demands of the organization;
- Communicates diplomatically and effectively with various stakeholders;
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Fluent in either French or Dutch, with proficiency in the other language as well as English, both spoken and written.
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: € 5001 - € 5500
- Full-time, open-ended contract of 36 hours per week;
