Description
- You work harmoniously with production managers and contribute to positive team dynamics.
- Build lasting relationships with existing customers and focus on expanding the portfolio by capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Maintain commercial contacts with assigned offices to generate leads.
- Provide customers with expert advice and make concrete agreements to demonstrate added value.
- Strive for customer satisfaction by continuously improving and contributing ideas for development.
- Develop strong relationships with insurers.
- Continuously look for ways to optimize commercial processes.
- Analyze the portfolio annually and identify commercial opportunities.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and provide relevant input.
Your profile
- You have a university or bachelor's degree in Finance & Insurance or equivalent experience, and you are motivated to grow further in this role.
- You have thorough knowledge and experience in the production and sale of both BOAR and life insurance, for both individuals and companies.
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and a basic knowledge of French & English.
- You have the required insurance certificates in accordance with MiFID legislation.
