Description

  • Processing and verifying supplier invoices.
  • Monitoring and resolving discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices.
  • Executing payments and preparing payment runs.
  • Maintaining dashboards and reports related to accounts payable.
  • Regular contact with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Posting journal entries and supporting monthly and annual closings.
  • Tracking inventory movements and validating adjustments.
  • Contributing to the implementation of accounting procedures and systems.
  • Participating in European projects (entity integrations, IFRS migration, etc.).
  • Collaborating with the Finance team and helping onboard/train new colleagues.

Your profile

  • Degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable.
  • Very good command of English; any additional language is an asset.
  • Interest in financial IT systems.
  • SAP experience required (S/4HANA is a plus).
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience in a multi-country environment and/or IFRS/local GAAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Curious, flexible, collaborative, and eager to learn.
