Description

  • You advise customers on their claims and closely monitor these claims from start to finish.
  • You manage a customer portfolio that mainly consists of businesses.
  • You ensure that claims are interpreted correctly and handle claims files in a personal and committed manner.
  • You are active in various insurance branches, including car, fire, and liability.
  • You perform the necessary administrative tasks correctly and on time in our management system and in the insurers' online platforms.
  • You contribute ideas for solutions for customers with regard to claims handling and possible extensions of coverage.
  • You mediate with insurers in the event of rejections and work with the relevant account manager to find commercial solutions.
  • Customers, insurers, and experts rely on your professional communication, even when conveying difficult messages.
  • You keep the commercial department informed of claims settlements by insurers and the quality of policies.

Your profile

  • Has a bachelor's degree, preferably in finance and insurance, or has relevant experience that compensates for this.
  • Has extensive experience in claims management, specifically focused on SMEs and companies. Knowledge of ABR and/or BA is considered a plus.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and is able to set priorities independently and organize work effectively.
  • Has good communication skills and proactively engages in dialogue to find a balanced solution between all parties involved.
  • Has knowledge of the BRIO system, which is considered an important added value.
  • Contributes to positive team dynamics and reinforces the great working atmosphere within the team.
