Description
- You analyze which customer information and documents are required for recertification;
- You proactively contact customers, in collaboration with the account manager, and ensure that all necessary data is received correctly and on time;
- You guarantee the completeness and accuracy of files and enter data neatly into our systems;
- You work closely with the Compliance team to resolve any obstacles;
- You have the option of working from home, in line with our hybrid work culture.
Your profile
- Is an organizational talent with an eye for precision and a strong focus on customer experience;
- Acts as a liaison: effortlessly establishes connections between Front Office, Middle Office, and Compliance;
- Flexibility is in his/her DNA—easily switches between different tasks and priorities;
- Has a critical eye and knows exactly what is needed for both customers and colleagues;
- Puts efficiency first: effortlessly meets deadlines and sets clear priorities;
- Has knowledge of KYC processes, but is above all eager to learn and demonstrates adaptability;
- Communicates fluently in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing;
- Has a good understanding of digital tools and enjoys working with them effectively.
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: € 3001 - € 4000
