Description
- You will guide and advise individual clients on how to achieve their specific short- and medium-term goals;
- You will do this both through digital channels (such as Teams) and in face-to-face meetings;
- As a trusted financial partner, you work with the client to find a solution that meets their unique needs, whether it involves everyday banking, providing loans, protecting valuable assets, or saving for retirement;
- You are well-versed in the digital world and enjoy helping clients use online platforms and digital tools;
- You receive regular feedback and support from your Sales Manager to further develop your skills;
- Together with your team, you contribute to achieving commercial goals and results.
Your profile
- Is eager to learn and values personal and professional development;
- Has excellent listening skills and effortlessly builds strong relationships with clients;
- Is a team player and is motivated to achieve shared goals;
- Is enthusiastic about working in the financial sector and has a strong interest in banking and insurance solutions;
- Holds a bachelor’s degree and/or has at least three years of relevant experience in a customer-focused role;
- Is fluent in Dutch.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
