Description
- You answer customer questions about various banking products and services.
- You proactively identify sales opportunities and close sales remotely or schedule appointments for the branch network.
- You propose solutions to optimize the Service Center’s operations.
- You participate in projects aimed at improving existing processes by contributing creative ideas.
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- You are a native Dutch or French speaker with a very good command of the other language.
- You always think from the customer’s perspective and are service-oriented.
- You advise and assist customers with strong sales skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- You remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- You are motivated, team-oriented, and flexible enough to work flexible hours, including occasionally on Saturday mornings.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
