Description
- You advise and assist customers with all their questions regarding the use of their company vehicles;
- You work closely with the HR and procurement departments to ensure that fleet management processes run as efficiently and effectively as possible;
- You perform quality checks on the general database;
- You actively promote our client’s car policy among drivers;
- You are responsible for daily communication with drivers, both via email and by phone;
- You report directly to the Team Leader and share findings to improve processes.
Your profile
- Possesses excellent administrative skills;
- Is a recent graduate in a relevant field or has some work experience;
- An interest in the fleet industry is a plus, but not a requirement;
- Quickly masters new IT software and applications;
- Is fluent in Dutch and can express themselves well in French and English;
- Is action-oriented, able to work independently, and has a proactive attitude;
- Is sociable and approachable, with a lively personality;
- Communicates clearly and to the point;
- Remains calm under pressure;
- Works well as part of a team;
- Shows genuine care for customers, day in and day out.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
