Description
- You act as the point of contact for customers and ensure a thorough analysis of pension data, as well as the overall management of your files;
- You propose payments for pension files using internally developed software;
- You will support actuaries in the actuarial and administrative management of pension funds and prepare reports.
- You will actively participate in improving processes and procedures and closely monitor changes in legislation and regulations.
Your profile
- Has a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in the financial sector;
- Has a good command of both Dutch and French;
- Has strong analytical skills and is able to critically reflect on their own work;
- Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to convey ideas in a clear and structured manner;
- Enjoys direct customer contact, both through written and telephone communication;
- Has a high sense of responsibility and works accurately;
- Able to tackle projects independently, with strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities.
